Sulfur burps after every dose — anything actually works?

Three weeks in on semaglutide and the sulfur burps are ruining my life. Tried:

My NP suggested Pepcid AC the night before. Anyone tried that? Or Beano? Willing to try anything at this point.

Pepcid AC the night before AND the morning of helped me a ton. Not perfect but cuts it in half.

Try taking your shot on an empty stomach in the morning. Mine got way better when I switched from evening to morning dosing.

Activated charcoal capsules from the drugstore. I take 2 with my biggest meal post-shot. Sounds weird, works.

Charcoal can interfere with the medication absorption btw — worth asking your doctor before doing it regularly.
