Generic Eli Lilly savings card vs manufacturer coupon — which to use?

Insurance covers Zepbound but my copay is still $580/month. Found two discount options and I'm confused about stacking:

So manufacturer card is the no-brainer right? Anyone successfully use it month after month or do they cap it at a few uses per year?

Pepcid AC the night before AND the morning of helped me a ton. Not perfect but cuts it in half.

Try taking your shot on an empty stomach in the morning. Mine got way better when I switched from evening to morning dosing.

Activated charcoal capsules from the drugstore. I take 2 with my biggest meal post-shot. Sounds weird, works.

Charcoal can interfere with the medication absorption btw — worth asking your doctor before doing it regularly.
