I'm always tired the day after. Trying to figure out if other people structure their week around the shot or just push through. Curious about:

I'm Sunday night, and Monday is rough, so I might switch to Friday night and let the weekend absorb it.

Pepcid AC the night before AND the morning of helped me a ton. Not perfect but cuts it in half.

Try taking your shot on an empty stomach in the morning. Mine got way better when I switched from evening to morning dosing.

Activated charcoal capsules from the drugstore. I take 2 with my biggest meal post-shot. Sounds weird, works.

Charcoal can interfere with the medication absorption btw — worth asking your doctor before doing it regularly.
