Just got my first Zepbound prescription, any tips?

Picked up my first box today and I'm equal parts excited and nervous. My doctor walked me through the injection but I'd love advice from people who've actually been on it:

• What time of day did you find easiest to inject?
• Did you change anything about your diet the first week or just let your body adjust?
• Anything you wish someone had warned you about?

Starting on 2.5mg this Sunday.
