Started Ozempic 3 weeks ago — here's what I wish I knew

Just hit my 3-week mark on 0.25mg Ozempic. Down 6 lbs so far, but the first week nausea was no joke. Eating smaller meals and avoiding greasy food made a huge difference. Anyone else notice appetite suppression kicking in around week 2?

Ginger tea saved me from the nausea in week 1. Also eating super slow and stopping way before you feel full. Hang in there, it gets much better!
