Semaglutide killed my motivation to drink alcohol — is this normal?

I'm 6 weeks into Wegovy and noticed I have zero interest in alcohol. Used to have a glass of wine every night, now the smell is almost off-putting. My doctor mentioned it can affect dopamine pathways but didn't elaborate. Anyone else experience this? Is it permanent? Honestly not complaining but it caught me off guard completely.
